2025 YPN Realtors® Care Day Food Drive

1 can = 1 pound of food

Help us reach our goal to collect 3,000 lbs. of food. Donated items will support Nourish Up.

Realtors® Care Day furthers its impact in Mecklenburg and Iredell Counties. Partner with the Canopy Young Professionalís Network and the Canopy Housing Foundation by donating to the 2025 Food Drive.  More information about Nourish Up and their incredible impact can be found at www.nourishup.org. 

Collection information

• There will be a food collection bin in the Canopy Association Parking garage (first floor) and a bin on the second floor by reception from now until April 25 for drop-off, from 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

• If you need to drop off items outside those hours, you can coordinate time by contacting Danielle Melendez at 704-940-3125, or dmelendez@canopyrealtors.com

• On a tight schedule?  Arrange a food delivery service like Shipt or Instacart to deliver your items for you, you can coordinate time during business hours by contacting Danielle Melendez at 704-940-3125, or dmelendez@canopyrealtors.com

• Want to bring your donations to your Realtor® Care Day site on April 25? YPN Members will be making their way to each site on April 25 and will be happy to collect the items from yoursite. Be sure to make your site/volunteer captain aware that you have brought a donation with you.

All donation items need to be on the truck at Canopy Realtor® Association no later that 2 p.m. on Friday, April 25.

All donation items need to dropped off in the Canopy Realtor® parking deck no later than 2 p.m. on Fri., April 25.

Nourish Up is most in need of the following items:

• Canned meats – tuna, chicken, salmon
• Canned fruits – no sugar added or in juice
• Canned vegetables
• Cereal
• Pastas – canned or boxed
