Join Canopy Realtor® Association members and the Charlotte Regional Mortgage Lenders Association for an education session on down payment programs and the Down Payment Resource (DPR) tool available to Canopy MLS Member Participants and Subscribers. The session will feature a presentation by DPR and Canopy staff along with a panel of Realtors® and lenders who have successfully leveraged down payment assistance programs to help more clients get into homes. Attendees will review common objections, myths, and misconceptions surrounding down payment assistance programs, explore options, and learn strategies to overcome resistance and obstacles to serve every client.
This event is co-presented by Canopy Realtor® Association and the Charlotte Regional Mortgage Lenders Association.
Charlotte Regional Mortgage Lenders Association (CRMLA) is an organization formed to provide professional services to mortgage lenders and mortgage related industry professionals in the Charlotte region. CRMLA is committed to strengthening relationships within the industry and community with a focus on educational growth, legislative issues, community outreach, and making the Charlotte Metrolina Region a better place to live. REGISTRATION FEE:
Canopy Realtor® Association members (primary and secondary members) - no charge; however, a $25 no-show fee will be assessed for no-shows who do not cancel before the event (by Oct. 15).
All other attendees - $25 (Participants may cancel two (2) business days before the event (Oct. 15) for a refund of $25. After the deadline, the registration fee cannot be refunded.
Note: This event is intended for adult attendees only. Children will not be permitted to attend.
