Hop on the bus and spend the day at the North Carolina General Assembly in Raleigh! On June 3, 2026, join Realtors® from across the state as we lobby state legislators on issues that affect the real estate industry and our livelihood. Continental breakfast and lunch provided.

 

June 3, 2026
Legislative Day Schedule

6:00 a.m. Pick up at Canopy Realtor® Association, 1120 Pearl Park Way, Charlotte, NC 28204
6:30 a.m. Pick up at Concord Mills (Best Buy parking lot)
Upon Arrival Attend the Realtor® Legislative Rally at the Raleigh Marriott City Center
10:00 a.m. Legislative visits at the Legislative Offices
12:00 p.m. Lunch
1:30 p.m. Depart for Concord and Charlotte
5:00 p.m. Arrive back in Charlotte

 

Additional Details

  • Two pick-up locations: 6:00 a.m. in Charlotte, 6:30 a.m. in Concord
  • Light breakfast snack on the bus to Raleigh
  • Review legislative briefing packets en route to Raleigh
  • Meet up with other Charlotte-area Realtors® in Raleigh
  • Meet Charlotte-area legislators
  • Lunch provided
  • Return to Charlotte at approximately 5:00 p.m.
Registration | Cancellations | No-Shows
  • Open to Canopy Realtor® Association members only (primary & secondary).  No charge to attend.  
  • All bus riders are required to register for the NC REALTORS® Legislative Meetings.
  • $30 no-show fee if not canceled by Wed., May 27.
  • More details will be provided once you register. Due to advanced planning, Canopy Realtor® Association members must confirm attendance by Wed., May 27.  Any cancellation after that date is subject to a $30 no-show fee.
