This important Hot Topic event seeks to provide Realtors® information that is specific to Data Center development and construction. Knowing all the information you can about Data Centers can help you present objective data around a subject that is an emotional flash point for many. Hear directly from three professionals who are involved in the actual development of Data Centers:  A commercial Realtor®, land developer, and an engineer. They will explain the physical details of how data centers work, where and why they are developed, and a commentary about the use of utilities, potential tax revenue, nearby development factors, and economic impacts on the housing market. A perspective worth understanding to add to the discussion.
